Returns & Exchanges

If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Item

  Disassemble the item if necessary and pack it securely in its original box with all protective inserts.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the return from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
